My house is in Cupertino so I thought it would sell easily with Redfin. When it didn't sell after 4 months on the market I enlisted the Boyenga Team. They brought great knowledge of the Cupertino area and expertise in preparing the home more completely and paid for staging my home. They understand market timing and have sophisticated pricing stategies that made it easier to overcome the objection of the nearby freeway. As a buyer's representative, they were knowledgeable and fair. Eric's local knowledge was very helpful during our house search and Janelle was very fair in our dealings with the seller. Also, due to the recent market conditions, Janelle advised us to work with her loan specialist in addition to my own. This was good advice because we had difficulty closing the loan with our initial loan agent, especially after the appraisal came in well below the purchase price.

As a seller's representative, they really helped us stage the condo in the best light possible and get the best price. By the time we listed our condo, two other condos with the same floor plan had come on the market. Both of them sold quickly and one of them even had a better location and even better kitchen re-model than ours. Janelle gave us a lot of good advice on removing clutter, re-arranging the furniture, and even timing the open house to avoid any competition. When Janelle and Eric said we may get the highest price in the neighborhood, we didn't believe them. But the final sales price came in at exactly what they had predicted, actually even a few thousand higher.
